Naturist Camping Flevo Natuur processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you have provided these data to us. Below is an overview of the personal data we may process:

  • Phone number

  • License plate
  • Bank account number
Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities to avoid collecting data about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@flevonatuur.nl, and we will delete this information.
 
Purposes of data processing.
Naturistencamping Flevo Natuur processes your personal data for the following purposes:
  • Sending our newsletter and/or brochure
  • Calling or emailing you if necessary to provide our services.
  • Inform you about changes in our services and products
  • Offering you the opportunity to create an account
Automated decision-making
If you make a reservation at Naturist Camping Flevo Natuur your data will be processed in our reservation system. A few days before your booking you will receive an automated email with information about your reservation. After your stay you will also receive an automated e-mail with a request to fill out the survey, if necessary.

How long we keep personal data
Naturistencamping Flevo-Natuur will not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data are collected. If you fill out a contact, application or registration form on the website, or send us an e-mail, the information you send us will be used as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail is necessary for a complete response and handling. When requesting the newsletter or making a reservation, we keep your data until you indicate that you want to be removed from our system. Sharing personal data with third parties
Naturistencamping Flevo Natuur provides data to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We also provide anonymous data with third parties for marketing purposes. 
 
Click behavior and visitor data
General visit data is kept on the website. In this context, in particular the IP address of your computer, any user name, the time of the request and data sent by a visitor's browser are recorded and used for statistical analysis of visit and click behavior on the website. We also optimize the operation of the website. We try to make this data as anonymous as possible. This data is not provided to third parties.
 
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track how users use the website. The information thus obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google uses this information to track how our website is used, to provide us with reports on the websites and to provide its advertisers with information on the effectiveness of their campaigns. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube (social media)
The website includes buttons to promote or share pages on social networks such as Facebook, Youtube and Instagram. Newsletter

We offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about news of our campsite and related matters. Your e-mail address will be added to the list of subscribers only with your explicit consent. Each newsletter contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe. The newsletter subscriber file will not be provided to third parties.

View, modify or delete data

This means that you can request us to send the personal data we have on you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you. If you wish to exercise your right of objection and/or right to data portability or if you have other questions/comments about the data processing, please send an itemized request to info@flevonatuur.nl. To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID along with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. Naturistencamping Flevo Natuur will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at least within four weeks. Naturistencamping Flevo Natuur would also like to point out that you have the possibility to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Authority for Personal Data. How we secure personal data
Naturist Camping Flevo Natuur takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to protect against misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized alteration.
